RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Policy
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG (Trading Card Game) industry, we do not offer returns. Each product is sealed and its value is highly dependent on its condition and rarity, which cannot be guaranteed once the seal is broken.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests can be made before shipment. However, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable processing fee incurred during the initial order placement.
Theft Policy
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, the responsibility for its safety transfers to the customer. Kaizo is not liable for any packages lost or stolen post-delivery. We recommend customers take precautions, such as being present for delivery, providing secure delivery instructions, and utilizing package tracking. Insurance options are available for additional protection.
