SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER POLICY
Shipping Policy
​We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders, with most items typically shipping within 24-48 hours of payment receipt. However, for pre-orders and back-ordered items, please refer to the item description for specific shipping timelines.
Pre-Order Policy
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. This means that if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. It covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
